Help wanted in the beautiful coastal bend area of Texas. Bay View is a large RV Resort in Rockport, Texas, close to Corpus Christi. For 20-hours per week of work each week you will receive a full-hook-up RV site and electricity allowance (no monetary compensation). Positions are available on a seasonal or year-round basis. We staff positions in our maintenance department, front office operation, housekeeping, grounds keeping, and other areas using parttime workkampers. Pool Maintenance Workamper, 20-hours/week, Year-round:

The primary duties of this position include cleaning the 2 pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, and maintaining the area and deck furniture inside the fence surrounding the pool area. Monitoring and maintaining the chemical balance of pools and hot-tub and making sure the pool equipment is in good working order. Monitoring both pools morning and evening is required. Experience in pool maintenance tasks is a plus.

Maintenance Workamper

This year round Workamper will join our facilities maintenance crew. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of many routine maintenance issues. Prior tradecraft & carpentry experience a plus.

Landscape Architect/Planner/Designer of Landscapes Wanted:

Bay View RV Resort seeks a workamper of vision and experience to work with its existing workcamper landscaping staff and outside professionals to collaborate in the design and provide on-the-ground coordination of construction for site, area specific and master landscape plans for the Resort.

The resort represents over 125 acres of some of the most beautiful real estate in the Texas Coastal Bend being less than 2 blocks from both Aransas and Copano Bays in Rockport, Texas.  It was heavily impacted by Hurricane Harvey but its recovery is well underway.  The community wishes to take this opportunity to reimagining itself, blending the existing physical beauty with significant site and grounds improvements creating the premier destination for both long and short term RV's, Park Models, Tiny Houses and Cottages. Green, sustainable, native, energy efficient, low maintenance, functional, elegant, beautiful - these are some of the terms we hope will guide our project.
